Ana Gaby Castro (the "data controller"), based in Mexico, is the controller of your personal data. This policy describes how I collect, use, store and protect your information in accordance with the Mexican Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP) and applicable international standards.
I collect your contact data (name, email and message) when you write to me through the contact form, in order to respond to your inquiry and, where applicable, coordinate a consultation. Optionally, I may use your email to send you resources and news if you give me your explicit consent.
When you write to me, I store your name, your email address and the content of your message. If you book a consultation, I will request additional information in a confidential and encrypted environment.
Your information is used exclusively to respond to your request, coordinate sessions and, if you give consent, send you informational communications. We do not sell, rent or transfer your data to third parties for commercial purposes.
Your data is stored in encrypted infrastructure with providers that meet international data protection standards (Cloudflare, Zoho Mail). International transfers, when they occur, are made with providers that hold standard contractual clauses or recognised privacy frameworks.
You may exercise your rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Opposition (ARCO) at any time, as well as revoke your consent. To do so, write to hola@anagabycastro.com. I will respond within the timeframes set by law.
